Thanks for your interest in scheduling an appointment with Holly! 

To book an appointment we will take a deposit that goes towards the balance of your tattoo. Once the deposit has been received we will send you an appointment confirmation email that includes appointment reminders, location & time of appointment, & preparation instructions. 

Appointment confirmation emails are sent manually so please let Holly know when the deposit has been sent.

Please add your name & preferred contact information in the notes

Deposit options:

• Leave a minimum of $50, this cost will be deducted from your final session

Example: 

$100 - Total cost of Tattoo

- $50   - Deposit 

=$50   - Balance at your appointment

• Pay $100(or more) towards the cost of your final session

Example: 

$200    - Total cost of Tattoo

-$150   - Deposit 

=$50   - Balance at your appointment

• Pay your session in full 

(Please confirm total amount prior to sending)

If you would like to make multiple deposits before your appointment to reduce the final cost you may leave them whenever is convenient using the link above. 

Please let Holly know when additional payments are made to ensure that your deposit records are up-to-date. :)

Deposits are non-refundable. No call, no shows will result in your deposit being forfeit. If you reschedule with 48 hours notice or feeling sick on the day of the appointment we will gladly transfer your deposit.
